TERMS OF SERVICES
🎨 Art Commission Terms of ServiceLast Updated: 19 May 2025By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:ㅤ🔹 GENERAL- I will send a proposal within 1 week of receiving your request.
- Prices may increase in the future.
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission, even if slots are open, for personal or professional reasons.

📝COMMISSION PROCEDURE- Request a Commission:
Send me a direct message (DM) on Twitter to get started.- Provide References:
Please include any reference images or details you'd like me to use.- Payment Process:>Initial deposit :Pay 50% at the start of the commission request.>Final payment : Pay the remaining 50% once the the finished artwork is done is done.
-You will recieve a watermarked version before payment-Final Delivery:
You'll receive the highest-quality version of the artwork without the watermark via Google Drive.

- The more reference images, the better!ㅤ💳 PAYMENTS- International: PayPal
- Local (Indonesia/IDR): bank OCBC, go payㅤ🔄 REVISIONS & WIPs- Work-in-progress (WIP) updates are optional, but I usually provide them to confirm that the work aligns with your expectations.
- Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.ㅤ⏳ DEADLINES & DELIVERY- Standard delivery: 1–3 weeks for most projects.
- For time-sensitive commissions (e.g. gifts, debuts), please order at least 1 week in advance.
- Complex work (e.g. detailed rendering, background): minimum 1 month.
- Rush orders (less than 1 week) may be accepted for an additional fee depending on the commission type and queue.ㅤ🔐 USAGE- Personal use only: commissions may be used for personal, decorative, or streaming purposes.
- Commercial use (e.g., merchandise) requires additional licensing fees.
>Light commercial use (e.g., YouTube/Twitch thumbnails, monetized videos): +40%>Full commercial use (e.g., branding, merch, promo, logos): +80% or more, depending on usage- You may not use my artwork for profit, resale, or trade without my explicit written permission.
- You may not modify my artwork without my consent. If modification is desired, please contact me.
- NFTs and AI training usage are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in a permanent blacklist.ㅤ🧠 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY- I retain full copyright and ownership of the commissioned artwork.
- If you intend to create merchandise or monetize the artwork:

additional fee
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ- The client may not
claim the
artwork as their own.
ㅤ💰 REFUND POLICY- 100% refund is available only if the final sketch has not been delivered.
- Once the sketch has been delivered, refunds are no longer accepted.ㅤ📬 COMMUNICATION- Please provide at least one active social media handle or contact method.
- Clear and timely communication helps ensure the best results.ㅤThank you for respecting my work and time.

💸 COMMISSION PRICE LIST- Prices listed are base rates for fully rendered pieces and may increase based on design details. (CHECK PORTFOLIO FOR SAMPLES)
- Detailed background = + $20USD
- Local (Indonesian only) prices
IDR = Base Price × Rp 16.000,-
- +1 character = +80% of base price
- Detailed background +$20USD- Commercial use fees
